Land Preparation

With an established irrigation system from the nearby river, the soil is flooded to soften the soil and prevent the growth of unwanted weed. This is done for 3 to 4 weeks until it is time to plow the land.

Hybrid Seed Planting

Maya Rice hails from the inviting and vibrant landscape of Myanmar. Resting at the bosom of the Irrawaddy River and the Bay of Bengal.

Crop Management

At the early stages of growth, we supply our rice plants with nutrients from our fertilizer. We utilize herbicides to prevent the development of unwanted weeds and vegetation.

Once the rice crop nears its panicle initiation stage, we apply a top dress to strengthen its resistance against pests, diseases, and inclement weather.

Harvesting Operations

As the rice crops ripen into a golden-yellow color, we begin the harvest. We have engineered precise post-harvest facilities to prevent the quality loss of our grains. Throughout the stages of drying, storing, milling and transporting our produce, we are meticulous in sustaining a streamlined process for the proper handling of our stock.
